For starters about a month ago an account had 13 bn chips from playing throughout the day, i went to bed and woke upand my chips were gone. I contacted support and they would only respond saying my chips were played n regular gameplay and if there was an error they would see it. no matter how insistant i was that the chips had gone missing they always rreplied back the same.

I never got my chips back. then on lottery promotion day 3 weeks ago I played and completed a gold puzzle. The advertised reward was for 7 billion chips, and I only received 1 billion chips which is the normal payout. I contacted support on numerous occasions and never received a response, not to mention they deleted my support ticket on android twice without responding.

there was another lottery promotion 1 week ago where they advertised that completing a puzzle would grant 3 times the amount it normally does. I played that day on several accounts and completed many puzzles, many bronze silver and some gold. Only one of my accounts was rewarded with the bonus. Again I contacted support and gave them all my user id numbers and asked to be compensated. Again Support never responded nor compensated me.

about a week ago I hit a jackpot, I accidentally clicked the home button while the jackpot was lighting up, I never was credited for the jp. I contacted support, and they kept saying that everything was normal on their end, that if any disconnection were to occur the winnings would still be credited. I told them something was wrong and I never received the chips. they never compensated me for that jackpot.

This company false advertises bonuses, and they lack any sort of customer service. Ive played this game for about 2 years and haven't run into problems until the last month or so. I have about 16 accounts I play daily on both billionaire and huuuge, and have spent a couple thousand throughout my time playing this game. I have never felt so disrespected by a company as I have this one. In the end I was getting very angry in my  emails and support tickets because of their unwillingness to respond to me about issues I was having. The amount of money the billions of chips they owe me amounts to about $1000 in their prices. Im ready to call my bank and refund my purchases for this game. a user id of mine they could contact is (((REDACTED)))
