HVR Does not pay Mobile Notary Signing Agents that they hire Chula Vista CA
Very simply I was hired by HVR Mobile Notaries signing service to provide Notarial services in August 2013 which I have not been paid for. I have made multiple attemtpts at calling and emailing with no response. Apparently they owe not only me but many other Notaries to the tune of thousands of dollars.
