Tom Hodge and Mike Land Jr of Hy-Pro Scooters HPS Motorsports took possession of a scooter in March 2014 for repair. Tom Hodge and Mike Land Jr kept delaying the repair from March 2014 until the business closed in June of 2014. Hy-Pro Scooters HPS Motorsports closed suddenly and no call was placed to the customer informing them of this fact and that they should come retrieve their scooter. Tom Hodge and Mike Land Jr have since moved on to new business ventures and have been maliciously avoiding calls/voicemails/emails from the former customer to track down their scooter.
