Complaint Review: HYATT HYATT AND LANDUE

Hyatt, Hyatt and Landue are crooks. They got a hold of a copy of my debt from another Collection Attorney Firm that was shut down. I had a debt to a department store. I was contacted by Calvery, a firm that collects debts. I made an agreement and started making payments. All of a sudden they weren't taking it out of my account anymore. I just let it go.

About a year after that another firm contacted me, McCalvy firm ,about the same debt. I started paying them and the same thing, they stopped withdrawing the funds from my bank. Then a company named Arrow Financial Services contacted Hyatt, Hyatt and Landue. In September 2007, I was contacted by Hyatt, Hyatt and Landue. I began making payments in person at the office at 7765 S W 87th Avenue, Miami, Fl - 33173.


I had to stop making payments. I am very sick. I have hepatitis c, cirrhosis of the liver in the fourth stage, the treatment for the hepatitis c caused brain damage. I have diabetes and other health issues.

In 2004 my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He had surgery and we thought that was that. It wasn't. In 2007 he had to be rushed to the hospital. After many tests they found out that the cancer surgery and all the radiation treatments didn't work. I spent most of my time in the hospital along side him. I slept there.

After he came home from the hospital he took sick again and I picked him up at work and took him to the hospital. They couldn't find what was making him sick. A doctor, just out of school, looked at my husband and ordered some tests and he found the problem. It was his kidneys. He was in renal failure. They put stents in his kidneys and ran tubes out of his back at each kidney. He has a cathether. He still has all of the above. The treatment for the cancer didn't work.

I had been out of work years before this happened. I fell in Kmart and hurt my back in 1998. Up until now my husband took care of us. Now that he is sick, we can't even pay for our medications. We can only get them now and then. We are both disabled. My husband can't work anymore. He is going back into the hospital for more kidney tests.

The other reason I defaulted is because Hyatt and Hyatt and Landue where practicing in the State of New York. They were shut down for illegal activities. They came here to Florida and started a Firm here. That was the first reason I stopped paying them. They were the fourth firm that I paid money to. I won't pay anymore money to anymore firms.

I received an Order of Execution from the court here in Miami. There are forms they want me to fill out and send a copy to the Judge and a copy to Hyatt, Hyatt and Landue. I can't go to court, either can my husband. Neither of us are in the condition to travel. Our grandson moved in to help us. We are not young people. Our grandson is the only family we have here. No one else lives in Florida. My grandson moved to Florida just to help us.

I have no idea what will happen to me if I don't go to court. I will not let a crooked firm take my money. There are a lot of these so called, " COLLECTION ATTORNEYS", that are being shut down. It's a good rackett. It's about time someone caught up with them.I am out a lot of money from these firms.

I have to do something but I don't know what. We are too old to go to jail. I'd die of a heart attack the first day. Should I fill these papers out and send them back? Does some one else have any ideas?
