This hotel is an absolute joke, Sam Xhemajli Assistant Rooms manager, instructed guests that there were no available rooms despite the fact that they had confirmation #s and rooms booked. Upon such information being provided, Sam explained that it was against their policy to issue a refund and the guests could simply find another hotel to stay at. In the mean time, other guests plead to stay at the hotel as they were too intoxicated to drive home. Sam explained it was not his problem and they could find another place to stay.

 

Addiitonally, there is video documentation of Rob threatening a guest to smack him and his camera while filming the outrageous events.
