Back in October of 2013 I purchased a battery for my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with a two year warranty. About a month away from my warranty expiration the battery died on me with less than 50K in mileage on it. The warranty was for 2 years of 200K in mileage whichever came first and I was assured at that time "that either wouldn't happen."

I had to blow up Matt's email, phone, and website before getting an answer and we were two weeks away from the warranty expiration before he responded to my inquiries. Only when I threatened legal action was my battery replaced (I have all transcripts via email to prove it).

Now 08/02/2017 (18 months after replacement) my battery is officially dead and I've been hounding Matt for two weeks (again) and I've yet to receive a response or any indication he's going to honor that two year warranty.

I haven't even put 100K in mileage between the two batteries and the vehicle is used as a commuter. This is ridiculous!
