I worked at the Hydration Roon, MD Hydration Inc. and I cant stress enough about how terrible the work environment was and how the owner Dr. Brett Florie did care about patients or paient care. I felt like I was getting repremended every time I did my job correct or anything correctly there. Also, any time I would speak up about possible changes to improve patient care and the Hydration Room proceedures I was met with resistance from either the owner Dr. Brett Florie or his partner in crime the nurse Jody, i swear these two are hooking up or something. They were much closer than a boss and an employee shoud be. Anyways, when I contacted the hydration room to request back payment for work before they so wrongfully fired me i was told to never contact them again. Dr. Brett Florie would not even talk to me and ignored my request. My next step is to get a lawyer and sue the hydration room and md hydration inc for wage an hour issues, not paying overtime, harsh work environment and unpaid wages from my last wto weeks there. I cant believe anyone would go support this place with Dr Brett Florie running it. I beg of you all to boycot Hydration room newport beach and hydration room laguna beach for many reasons and get behind the individuals such as myself that were verbally abused and harased by Dr. Brett Florie and his nurse Jody; and hopefully taking a stand will help encourage them to treat the employees better and actually care about their patients.
