HydreSense & InstaLyft This address below is only for HydreSense; InstaLyft does not provide one I ordered free samples of both. Told both companies i didn't want to continue (don't like either cremes). Noticed today (9/07) that i was charged $94.94 and $96.96 for both. Called them; they won't refund me. Filed complaint with BBB Mississauga Ontario Canada
I ordered FREE samples of InstaLyft and HydreSense last month. I let them know that i was ONLY interested in the samples; i did not want to be a member. Just noticed today that i was charged FULL PRICE for both products. I called and complained. They said i did not let them know i didn't want the products and have put me on a membership program and will be sending the products to me monthly. I told them i let them know when i ordered the product. Demanded reimbursement. They won't comply. have also filed complaint with BBB against both companies.
