Hydro-Gen25 we purchased a 26a Series Super Magnum we never got it went to Dallas to have it installed. They couldnt install it. Would let us know when.Tried several times to get it installed. Dallas Texas
Then they couldnt come to our shop to install it because they had some fantastic discovery. We told them we wanted our money back. Have promised to sent it back twice now. Still haven't received it. Contacted Better Business Bureau found they aren't accredited through them BUYER BEWARE. Bought the unit in June,2016 went to Dallas June 30, 2016 have been trying to get our money for about 3 months now. What a scam
We purchased by debit card a 26a series super magnum June 2016, went to Dallas, Tx to have it installed. Couldn't get it installed. After approximately 6 weeks they were to come to our shop the second time arranged and just before they were to come. They had some fantastic discovery there would be a delay again for installation.
We requested our money to be returned and they agreed. Would cut a check Sept. 1 2016. When we didn't receive it we called again. Said there was a delay they would sent our refund within 2 to 4 days. We are still waiting.
I believe we have been defrauded. Couldnt get their product. Haven't been able to get our money.
They talk a good game but I guess con artist do. Buyer Beware

In answer to vp about the customer was informed about 3 day verus 3 hours. That never happened was told they would install it before the 4th of July. We arrived on thursday before the 4th after deadheading along way at our expense. Said they would have to call us when they could install it, seemed perplexed because we have a headache rack. Never got the item nor any call started requesting our money back. Got it back from our bank in December. After filing credit card fraud. So we did indeed get our refund 6 months later from our bank. The customer contacted us with a purchase request. He was informed we needed 3-day notice for installation of a Hydro-Gen25 unit. He contacted us with only 3-hour notice to install, at our Dallas location. The buyer was informed that installation with 3-hour notice was not possible. Multiple attempts were made to install at an alternate location, without success. The unit was never installed and the buyer has received a complete refund of all his money.
