 I am from Spain and a distributor of them. They came 2 years ago and promised 15% fuel reduction during an event. They promised the money back after 6 months if dont achieve commitments.

After only a week, the systems started to fail. I paid 24.000 € and no money back. I have 2 lawsuits from customers and Hydrophi just kept the money. I asked them for the money, even I went to the US and no answers. They only wanted to use us to raiser capital in the company throught stealing customers money. Philip Levin, Rod Aguillard and Scott Smith convinced us to buy. Today, Roger Slotkin is insulting me. In fact, and during the fraud, we paid a fair in Hannover with the promise they would start to manufacture in Slovakia in October last year.

Pura- Raimundo: sour grapes for lousy business decisions and inability to follow directions

I am the CEO of HydroPhi -  i joined the company in June of 2012 -  

One of my first responsbiltiies was an assessment of existing business relationships-  much was touted about Pura Eco-Soluitons/Raimundo Raimerez - et al -  This group had decided to adobt the company technology knowing full well it was still in development stage-    a number of units were purchsed- but all that were delivered were not paid for - and to this date- still remain unpaid for.   Pura- marked up the purchase price  ( typical business practice) and installed units -  there was an abyssmal lack of technical knowledge- inability to follow written directives and protocl and had a "bad habit" of making promises well outside the peramteres of what was suggested.  

Investing some 1.5 mm EU ( according to them ) most of which went for luxerious travel,  excessive payroll, trade shows,etc. - wtih less than 10% toward the purchase of our product - all the Pura group has done since my invovlement- was complain-  about everything but their own incompetence and irrisponsiblity. 

Withadvice provided in writing, in person and after numerous meetings and call-  Pura was directed to remove all systems from ALL clients vehicles- and that upon completion of the new design-  HydroPhi would offer unit by unit replacdments.   Despite this strong directive- Pura failed to comply and incurred additonal exposure with thier clients.

When the brand new- test and approved device was provided to Pura- again- depsite written and verbal directives- they managed to destroy unit afer unit.   This precipiated a need to sever all business ties.

During the relationship- in an attempt to assit Pura- HydroPhi made loans, provided addtional support, service and assitance -  none of which was ever paid back.   Most aggregious and possibly crimminal was Mr. Raimerez's attempt to bribe officals of HydroPhi to resovle matters expeditiously- which woudl result in pay offs of cash to personal accounts of HydroPhi executives-  this was, of cousre- dismissed sumarrily.

Its truely sad that an indiviual - such as the primary executive of Pura - with little"seasoned" business experiece,  poor lack of judgement,  a bad history of ( while obviously embibed )  pouting off a littany of complaints,  embarassment at his poor judgement- could not seize the opportunity to finally- accept and advance a significant environmentally and fuel efficient techlology- which easly could have justified all prior investments-  but do so in a professional manner.

HydroPhi has extensive "wwitten" records of emails,   text, Skype commuincaes, etc.  that substantiate not only our position in this matter but the negligent, unprofessional and possibly crimminal activies of Pura and its executvies.
