Hydroderm False and misleading advertising- 'Free Trial' turned into auto-order of additional product without my consent with a charge of US$99. against my credit card Chino California
Signed up for a 'free trial' of a skin product which I received. Without my knowledge or consent a second skin product was sent to my house and my credit card charged US$99. I called and told them I wanted a full refund, they offered a refund once they receive the product back of US$89 to cover shipping costs. This is a scam, the advertising is totally misleading with no information provided regarding the trial period, signing up for additional products. The initial trial product was delivered with no information whatsoever and was not even in a product specific box. Do not sign up for their free trial, do not provide them credit card information.
