Complaint Review: Hydroderm

I received solicitation for this collagen facial skin product at my e-mail address. Since the free sample was only $3.95, I ordered it. Then I found out the product would be automatically renewed at a cost of $79.95 plus shipping each month. I cancelled the product by calling the company at 888-460-5888. They gave me a cancellation confirmation number and said there would be no more shipments sent to me.

In the meantime, I received and tried the sample. Almost immediately welts and bumps appeared on my neck and face, which I still have. I stopped using the product as soon as this condition appeared. I feel it is my duty to warn other women not to use this product because of damage it may cause to your skin. I am hoping the skin condition will go away now that I have stopped using the product, BUT I am going to see a doctor to be sure.

If anyone has had had these welts and bumps as a result of using this product, please e-mail me to let me know if your face has cleared.
