Complaint Review: Hydroreactors

I paid $262.93 on July 30, 2008. In August, about 8/20, they said "Your order was received by us on July 30th. At that time our estimated backlog was 2-4 weeks. Your order is scheduled to ship on or before August 29th. However, this date is subject to change to sooner."

In October, about 10/15, Ashley (ashleyj@hydroreactors.com) wrote to ask me to confirm my shipping address, which I did. This led me to believe it was going to ship soon.

Hydroreactors has a Texas certificate that lists Ray Benefield as a "manager" and has his address as the same as the company's (on this report). That certificate also lists Abhijit Modak (21227 Albany Park Ln, Spring, TX) and Gerald A Steves (3342 Pecan Point Drive, Sugarland, TX, 77478) as "manager" officers of Hydroreactors, LLC.

I also notice that the same products that are offered on www.hydroreactors.com are being offered on
http://www.hi-techgreeningllc.com/, which is registered to

This LLC has Paul E. Hahn and Marily Cooper-Smith, at the same address as the address for Hi-Tech Green, as managers or members of this LLC. So either they are dealers for hydroreactors, or they bought hydroreactors, or they are the suppliers for hydroreactors.
