Hydroreactors Of Spring Texas ripoff - takes money - does not deliver products - will not respond to inquiries Spring Texas
The 30th of July, and again the 1st of August, I placed 2 orders for the advertised HR1 units. Ray Benefield was so helpful during the order process. The delivery time was estimated to be 3 to 4 weeks.
I kept calling after the 4 weeks, and was always promised delivery in "a week to 10 days." I kept calling, and kept getting the same lie. Even after Hurricane Ike, when they reopened to keep selling what they never deliver, I was again promised delivery in "a week to 10 days."
Now Dec. 1st, 2008 there is never a person that will answer any phone number you call. Just non-replys to left messages. I have tried to get a person to take my cancellation. But none answers any call.
If there is to be a class action lawsuit against Hydroreactors, include me.

Even if they'd sent you their product, you would have only wasted more of your life installing useless junk on your car. Seriously, if these devices did what they said, you'd see one on every new car rolling out of Detroit.
