Hydroxatone, LLC hydrolyze unauthorized charges on my card, refused to do more than refund even though caused overdraft charges Cincinnati, Ohio
I ordered a 30 day trial.
I jumped through amazing hoops to return the product when it did not work. I called, shopped teh product, called again and a cople of weeks later they took money out of my account causing an overdraft situation.
I called and while they said they'd return the money, I have not recieved it yet AND they refuse to accept repsonsibliity for the overdraft charges.
This company is TERRIBLE.
