Hydroxatone/Urban Nurtition False advertising. No mention in written brochure that this products deminishes bags under the eyes. This is the only reason I puchased it. Jersey City New Jersey
I heard this product advertised on the radio and it clearly said for wrinkles, dark circles under the eyes or bags under the eyes. when i got the product i read the brochure from cover to cover and it said nothing about to reduce or remove bags under the eyes. This is the only reason i purchased this product for a 30 day free trial. the directions for return are to call first which i have tried several time to their customer care and they say the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Then in the brochure it says call first before returning this product. Are they going to wait the 30 days before they answer the phone? And then charge me 128.00 for the 2 small jars they sent me which I did not even open due to the false advertising.
This Customer Service does not answer the phone. They direct you call and then a tape comes on saying the person you are trying to reach is not available. 866-920-7792
