I ordered the free 60 day trial of Hydroxatone.  I did not like the product and called to obtain an RMA #.  I included all of my information (customer #, RMA, Name, Address, email and phone).  They never told me I had to send it registered mail.


They deny ever receiving the product.  They ask me for my delivery confirmation number, but I don't have one because they didn't tell me it was a requirement for cancellation.


They have automatically deducted $140 from my checking account via my debit card information.


When I call them to tell them I returned the product and that I think they are a bunch of crooks and plan to report them, they yell at me and say "Are you threatening us??".


They do this to EVERYONE and need to be stopped ASAPPPPP!


I will be disputing the charges through my bank.  I'm sure they have something up their sleeve to ruin that plan as well.  We will see.
