I ordered a car cd player as a present. I payed additional fees for it to be shipped priority 3 day in order to receive the item by a deadline. I did this with additional time, in case there were any problems.

After about a week and a half, I called and spoke with a representative about cancelling the item, which had never been sent yet. I was assured the purchase would be canceled and the money would be reimbursed to my account.

I ordered the item from another company and received it on time. However after another 2 weeks, I received the original item.

I contacted them to return the item and was told that I could not. As of now, I still have the item, sitting in its original shipment box.

All in all, they had terrible customer service, did not ship in a timely manner even with additional fees, charged payment BEFORE even shipping, would not cancel the item, and then would not accept the return.
