I have a full listing with many pictures at (((link Redacted)))

Summary:
They refused to give me any documentation and did not fully uphold our implied verbal agreement. They drove my truck 150 miles without consent!! My truck nearly caught fire due to faulty wireing.

My vehicle incured extensive minor damages from them and was left unprotected outside and subjected to the elements for extended durations. Work that was completed was unprofessional.

I have photo documented a number of cases suggesting negligence, carelessness and unprofessional quality and general disrespect for a client's personal property.

My truck nearly burned to the ground due to faulty wireing. They will not give me the owner's contact information.

Financially I have $12,000 + $1300 head unit plus untold travel expenses and WEEKS of time out of my schedule to be involved in this project. Not to mention the undue stress and agrivation from this whole ordeal.

End of Summary.

The Following is something I sent the main guy at Hyper audio and it is directed at him so obviously when I say 'you' I'm not talking about -you- the reader of this.

Number One: My truck nearly caught fire. The Dodge technician stated this was due to faulty wiring directly from the Hyper Audio's aftermarket installation. To explain; (Nov 06) My battery started draining, and the truck was odd when I tried to start it (the alarm went off, the starter would click, speakers would pop loudly, something would short out every time I tried to start it) I jumped it off and ran it for a while.

Next day, same problem. Jumped it off, drove it to test it and it died in the road. I smelled something terrible and went outside to open the hood, nothing abnormal, came back in tried to start it again and noticed the smell was smoke and started building up from somewhere on the inside. I had it towed to a dodge dealership and left it for repair.

Upon returning I was informed how lucky I was that the truck didn't burn to the ground. (this is all documented of course if you don't believe me) The Tech had to remove ALL the aftermarket items (including alarm, windows which were tied in with the remote start, all audio, etc.) that were wired directly off the ignition wire without a relay (as he explained) and proceeded to tell me there were bare wires underneath.

It was a catastrophe waiting to happen and I got off lucky. So the last couple months I've had a truck with no sound, no windows, and it won't keep a charge so my truck has been sitting undrivable.

The first time I dropped the truck off to you you never gave me a contract agreement or a receipt when I picked it up.

The second time I dropped the truck off to you you never gave me a contract agreement or a receipt when I picked it up. You put me off any time I requested any documentation.

The first time I dropped the truck off I was quoted a reasonable time frame for completion. This turned into 5 or 6 months.

Many times I would see my truck sitting behind the shop unattended, soaking up the Texas heat/sun. And sitting unprotected at night. Not good.

I was and am building the truck to be show quality while still being a daily driver. And made this clear at various instances. To point your finger saying it was bad for me to go to Arizona and that I was not taking care of the truck because of this is ill founded.

No effort was made to weather proof or seal the inside of the truck bed both times my truck was in the shop. (Thereby allowing such enormous dust buildup within the bed.

Various minor damages as illustrated above. Sloppy and unprofessional results on numerous various aspects.

You returned my truck to me the first time I picked it up from you 150 miles more than when I dropped it off to you WITHOUT consent. (or more) You defended yourself by saying you just wanted to show it off. This is not acceptable. This alone is a sueable offence! For all I know, you were smoking the tires down for those 150 miles regardless of what you may say.

You -refuse- to give me contact information to the owner of Hyper Audio and have told me twice that you would have him call me.

I paid for a premium job and expected results as such but both times the truck was returned to me substandard.

The LED lighting under the hood was hot glued (silicone) in place... Viper V10 Engine... A warm summer day....Do the math. That's going to melt the glue at some point and it will fall into the engine bay possibly causing more headache.

Also I told you very directly and very specifically to wire the volume controls from my steering wheel into the Avic unit and to wire in the bluetooth. I stressed this because you didn't do this the first time around. And every time I asked you, you said you wanted to save it for last. And when I got it back the second time, it wasn't done.
