I ordered a Retractable Multifunctional Pole Saw and payed beforehand also including paying for shipping. It turned out to be shipped from China. When it arrived it was not a saw, valued at 35 USD, instead I got ear-muffs valued at 5 USD. I have had an extensive correspondence with the company. Thet ar "sorry" for their mistake but no reimbursement has yet to arrive. They suggested I should keep the ear-muffs or sell them! I could also return them to China at my expence. Non of this was acceptable. Now they are not responding.
