HyperTech Performance Tuners Shame On You HyperTech! Bartlett, Tennessee Internet
I purchased this item from Amazon to find out upon installation that the tuner was vin locked to another vehicle. Because the allotted time frame had passed to return the item my only option was to call Hypertech which I did and spoke to Kenny at Hypertech who stated the item was previously sold on ebay and that he spoke with me in January which was a flat out lie since I had purchased this tuner 6 weeks prior for a Ford Diesel and the tuner is Vin locked to a Gas engine. So now I'm out my money(329.00) and left with a paper weight unless I pay 200 dollars to unlock it.
