I work for hyphire solutions and after reading all the reports submitted by interviews i can not help but giggle. I specifically remember reading somthing along the line of our company being a cult. Just because we believe in having positve attitudes and being rewarded publically for our hard work does not fit in the profile of a cult. Just a little fyi for you.

Also I remember reading a report that described hyphire solutions as a pyramid schem. Those who choose to write these reports should know what they are talking about before they choose to post it for the public to read. I have been with this company for three months now and it was the smartest choice i have ever made. Never have i had a job that had such great opportunity for growth. I have made some great connections, and built wonderful relationships and i have this company to thank. Ohhhh..... wait since this is a cult that must just be the "brain washing" talking .(sarcastic)

You work "for" Hyphire Solutions?

But -- but -- I thought all Hyphire agents were self-employed (even though true straight-commission sales reps determine their own hours and territories -- and people who work "for" someone are comped for expenses incurred in the field, such as food and travel expenses)? They also honor "no soliciting signs."

Legit straight-commission salespeople also get to keep their whole commissions, as opposed to sharing with those above them, and aren't encouraged to start recruiting a "team" underneath them right away. Pyramid schemes, on the other hand, make it necessary to constantly grow and recruit.
