I rented my 2017 brand new Kia forte out through hyrecar for 3 months to start what I thought was a good business. They advertise the insurance was excellent and I didn’t have anything to worry about if it was wrecked or damaged. The driver totaled my vehicle and hyrecar won’t return my calls or emails and hangs up on me when I call and actually get someone. I am still making payments on this vehicle and they seem like they could care less. Driver also got a parking ticket and refused to pay it and hyrecar also refuses to follow up on it. They are also in breach of contract due to non-contact and non arbitration. They should be sued for false advertising also.
