Complaint Review: Hyroxatone

I heard the advertisement on the radio about the benefits that Neurostin offered for getting memory back. They offered a 30 day free trial if I paid $9.95 shipping and handling. When I got the merchandise, there were 3 bottles instead of the one that I had agreed to on the phone. There was also an invoice showing that I would be billed $159.80 in 3 seperate charges of $49.95 and listed the dates. I tried the product thinking that if it really helped, I would pay the money. Well it did nothing for me. I called to return it and like all the others have said, the customer service rep was really rude, really loud and said my 30 days had already passed and I would be charged for all 3 charges. I told him I would send the remainder back and he laughed and said that I would be billed for all 3 no matter what because I was past the 30 days and that was the agreement.  I told him I never agreed to that. I told him to cancel my order and he said he would only do that after I was paid in full. I told him I never agreed to a 90 day supply and he said I did or I would never have gotten any of it. He said he would cancel me today if I wanted to pay $80 for a discounted price instead of the $99 still owed. I told him no and he said that was fine they would still bill my card on the days stated on my invoice and there was nothing I could do. he said if I didn't pay it, they would file a charge on my credit report and eventually I would have to pay. He said he was not there to debate with me and he was finished talking to me. Then he hung up. He was a real creep.
