Hytek Medical, 27762 Forbes Rd, Laguna NiguelL, CA, processed a check by phone to get my medical marijuana card. They took my bank info and I have never experienced a doctors office taking a check by phone. I have still not recieved a call nor can I reach them via email. They told me I would recieve free medical marijuana as they work with dispensaries across that state. That made me look into this company! After further review we found that the owners of this compnay are in trouble with the FBI for Healthcare kickbacks! We just want our money back and our bank info is now runied.

I was searching Google for Hytek Medical to place a nice comment for all the great service they provided me and accidentally came across this report! Wow,...I'm not sure if the allegations posted here are true, but I have been provided with nothng but wonderful and compassionate care and service. Hytek did do an authorization from my checking account for payment which I found to be very helpful. I visited their office in Columbus Ohio and was seen by their staff and Dr.Phelps who was nothing short of wonderful. Two weeks after my visit, I received my temporary recommendation letter from them which by Ohio Law allows me to go to Michigan to acquire cannabis for my Fibromyalgia treatment. I can't imagine if these allegations are true that they could still be in business after so long. But again, my experience with them was wonderful.

I fully believe the report from the consumer who has been scammed. I have experience almost the same issues. The when I called to get my refund, they said their "credit card processing company switched " and I would have to file a charge back on my own. I now cannot get into contact with them. DO NOT USE HYTEK MEDICAL. They get the money first and hope it works out. If it doesn't it's your problem not theirs.

This is obviously a report from a competitor trying to damage Hytek's reputation so let's set the record straight. Neither John nor David own Hytek Medical number one. Number two, we have full call centers and respond to all email inquiries. This is an obvious attack to falsely disparage a good company providing a legitimate program by a disgruntled competitor. Hytek has a 100% approval rating and would never, ever take someone's payment and not provide services as promised. We are a legitimate company providing valuable services. Finally, if there are upset clients who felt they were treated unfairly, we would gladly refund any and all payments made by them. Period.
