Hyundai Horsepower claims consumer rip-off fraud Fountain Valley California
Let's file a class action suit! The company has admitted fraud, to the tune of about 9-10% underreporting of horsepower.
Their offers of extended warranties (who wants to extend the longest warranty in the business!?)which no one will ever use, or free oil changes, are worthless!
We should ask for a 10% rebate against purchase price plus punitive damages. let eme know if you want to join!
