Get your hats straght, Hyundai!

I did Not buy a KIA.

Stop messing up my credit report!. 

You are making it look like I'm paying for two vehicles at the same time!!

Hyundai Motor Finace continues to report my vehicle under the name of "Kia Motor Finance" to TransUnion Credit. 

No matter of correspondence will get these individuals to Correct Themselves!

Hyundai wears two hats! Kia Motor Finance and Hyundai Motor Finance.  They must have poorly qualified employees because their employees reported my account to TransUnion as a Kia Motor while reporting it correctly to Experian Credit and Equifax Credit as a Hyundai Motor.

How 'bout stopped pretending you did not get my correspondence as you are stating on the phone and get your credit reporting corrected.

Here is an exerpt from your rebuttal,

1.  You don't know if I am being penalized as a result of different names for the same loan. 

2.  You don't know if I have more than active one auto loan at this time.

Either way I don't care to divulge that information.  It's none of your business.

It matters because the Best Way alter someone's ID is to create confusion!    We depend on credit reporting agencies to be Accurate!  Suppose some "Bozo" wants to build on the inaccurate finance company name.  Walk into KIA Motors get a KIA based on that inaccurate info along with a few other tweeks related to my ID. 

A few months ago a pregnant woman got hold of my husbands insurance ID and had an Ultra Sound paid for through HIS insurance co.  Guess what seeing that on his report did for him.  We know that particular inaccuracy is an impossibility. 

Not quite the truth but close enough won't get it!  There are too many opportunistic kookoo birds just looking for a way pervert the truth for gain.

With all of the things you can stress about in life, this doesn't even make the top 100.  With all of the things that could justify a valid dispute, this doesn't even show up on the radar.

I really have no idea why you think it matters. But credit scores look at and are based on each individual credit report.  If you only have 1 loan on each report you aren't being penalized for the company name being reported different on two different reports.  If you are noticing a difference in scores it is NOT because of the name but other factors.   

If you have an actual person reviewing your report they should know(just like you) that they are the same company and therefor only one loan.  If by chance they question you on it, this is a very easy explanation.

But here are a couple of things to thnk about.  If you are disputing with the Credit Reporitng Agencies this could be considered a "frivolous" complaint and once that happens from now on any legitimate dispute you have will be much harder for you to have fixed.  Another possibility is that since there is actually no law that says a company MUST report a line of credit to deal with your complaint they may just remove the line all together.  This of course is unlikely but it is possible.
