Hyundai Of Greeley Sales cars with big problems, No back-up, Dishonest, Told Lies, Rude after the sale ripoff Greeley Colorado
Bought a $21,000 truck that I found via internet at Hyundai of Greeley. When I was driving the truck at 50 MPH and I noticed it started missing. When I got home I called the Dealership and reported the problem to my salesman.
We arranged a time for me to return the truck for a look see. Their mechanic said that he had checked the electronics system and it was fine. He assumed it was a fuel problem and replaced the fuel filter and flushed the injection system, and they still made me pay for half of the service. Like they were doing me a favor for looking at the truck they sold me.
On the drive all the way back to Westminster I noticed that what they did, did not fix the problem. So I took the vehicle to a very good repair shop, and they noticed right away that the vehicle was only running on 6 cylinders, someone cut and improperly installed a primary coil that controlled those two cylinders and the wires were said to be Obiviously cut and improperly affixed.
I got a bill for $1,010.00 to repair the truck just to get it running properly. I then called the dealership and talked to Eric Fischer apparently the manager on duty. I asked him if they would stand behind their vehicles and help absorb some of the costs to repair the truck since I had only had it for 1.5 weeks.
I did buy an extended warranty, and they didn't even file my information to the warranty people for 30 days so I ended up paying for the repairs out of my own pocket. I have learned my lesson when it comes to how severe I test drive potential vehicles and trusting what your salesman says to you.
If he doesn't care about me and my situation, then I feel it is my responsibility to warn other people that they should be careful buying a vehicle from this dealership and trusting what they say.

know your pissed, but unless you got any kind of repairs in writing, you don't have a leg to stand on.
Salesman is not your friend.
As stated above, could have bought a new truck for 21 k
good luck

You can get a nice new 2WD 1/2 ton full size P/U for $21K.
The two-plugs-not-firing story sounded fishy.... and $1000 to fix? What kind of truck is this? $1K sounds high for (8) Iridium spark plugs and new ignition wiring plus an HE Coil /distributor.
And yea, you should NEVER trust anything that anyone at a car dealership tells you- unless Vinny Goombah is standing next to them for you and holding a baseball bat.
