hyundaifactorypart.com Ordered parts and they just sat on my order without an update  New Jersey

This website is supposed to be an OEM parts business, which I would assume (I know what assuming does) they do business nationwide and possibly worldwide. On 08/24/2017, I placed an order with this website. Although it was on a Friday, their policy states that all in stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Monday came and went. Never received any updates Tuesday morning. So I sent them an email Tuesday afternoon through the website inquiring about my order still being in a "Process" status.

I finally received a response Wednesday morning at 10:43am CST. They told me that they don't ship auto body parts, so unless I have a representative around New Jersey then they'll cancel my order. WTH??? But they didn't hesitate to charge my credit card for the order. This is the only way I knew they were operating from NJ because there is no contact information except for the phone number and email link on the website. So if you're going to order from this type of 'business', make sure you don't order anything bigger than a mirror. Because of their lackadaisical work ethics, I am now behind an additional 3 days for repair. Good job Hyundai!!!
