Went to this restaurant and had a very bad experience.  Ordered pasta with chicken, but the chicken was burnt, and the pasta was sticky and ddin't have any sauce on it.  I talked to the waitress, and she offered to make something else for me, but I was so disgusted and said, "No."  Paid for my meal, but was not happy about it.  I never did get my salad.

Contacted the manager, and he told me to come back in, and they will issue me a refund.  I returned to the restaurant and asked for the manager.  The waitress told me he was not there, and she was really snotty.  I left, angry. 

I contacted the manager again.  Finally, he sent me a check, which was a Western Union Money Gram, in the amount that I paid for my meal.  I tried to cash it at the bank.  After 20 minutes, the banker said, "Sorry, I cannot cash this."  The money gram is being held at the bank to verify that it's a real/legal document. 

Three weeks later, I am still without my money.  I will never, ever go to this restaurant or grocery store again.  I'm telling everyone about my experiences.
