I 35 Auto Mall, Dealer Finance, No Credit Chek Auto Finance Overpriced Autos High Interest Rates Wrecked or Damaged Autos Total Ripoffs!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma
Visited No Credit Chek Auto Finance in Crossroads Mall to inquire about auto financing since my credit was damaged. Filled out application and was approved by finance company.
Loan agent said I had to ride with him to car lot to look at cars, they do this so you have no way to leave if you don't buy a car. Was on the lot a total of 4 hours trying to leave before I finally gave in and purchased a car, simply because I was worn out and really needed a car. At this time it was 5PM so it was too late to visit another dealer, and they knew this.
Picked out an automobile that I liked, asked several times for price and was told nothing until I set down to discuss financing with an agent from Dealer's Finance company, which is the company they do business with. Was taken to I 35 Auto Mall, which is the car lot that this company like to use. I think they are all tied together somehow.
Found out at last minute that car was going to be 11K before financing fees and interest. This was a 2004 Nissan Sentra with 94K miles. Since I needed a car I agreed even though I thought it was high. Found out after I got home with car and checked on NADA and KBB that I was overcharged about 4K for this car which means I was upside down from the get go.
After having the car for a few weeks, started having problems with it so I took it to the garage and found out that the car had been in an accident and had been repaired, not too well either. This was never disclosed, and would have never found out if mechanic had not gotten under car and looked.
Contacted finance company with this complaint and was told the car was sold "as is" and they commented that they never told me the car was not in an accident because they are not required to disclose that information.
Kept putting money in the car until I finally decided to return the car to the lot and take the hit on my credit report just to get rid of this lemon. At this time I was into the car for about 2K on repairs.
Within 2 months of my returning the car voluntarily, they filed a suit in court and got a judgement for the full amount of the loan plus attorneys fees and court fees and filed a garnishment on my wages.
I paid 11K for the car, made payments for about 10 months. When they got the judgement it was for 5K more than I paid for the car. What happened to all of the payments I made? Total garnishment was 15K!!!
I cannot fight this because they were able to run it through courts without my knowledge so therefore I did not show up for any court dates since I knew nothing about it. Suit papers were taped to my front door AFTER they had been to court and got the judgement. At that time, it was too late for me to do anything about it. Screwed again!!
I now am paying 25% of my wages to a garnishment for a car that I do not have and can not get back. Am going to end up paying 15K for a car that I do not have.
Do not do business with these people, I don't care how bad you need a car or how bad your credit is. They push the fact that they do not do credit checks but they do report monthly after you purchase the car, and it is not accurate so they WILL screw up your credit report.
This company is run by Mexican Americans, and most of their customers are Mexican Americans, most that speak very little English. This is what they want. People that they can screw around and cheat out of money because they don't understand the way things operate. They take advantage of people who are in need of an automobile and have damaged credit.
I don't know if they have a Judge in their pocket, or if the attorney they use is sleeping with someone in the court system or what but they are able to file suit, get a judgement against you, and garnish your wages all within 6 weeks with you knowing nothing about it. They will serve your papers AFTER they have been to court. At that time you are screwed. All you can do is go in front of the judge and ask to have your percentage reduced. You have to take a lot of personal information to the court and hope they will reduce your rate, most of the time they won't. I tried with no luck.
I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO DO THIS LEGALLY, BUT THEY DO.
BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!
ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SO THEY CAN SELL YOU A CAR THAT IS JUNK AND THEN WHEN YOU MISS A PAYMENT OR RETURN THE CAR TO THEM BECAUSE IT IS JUNK AND WON'T RUN THEY WILL SUE YOU AND GET TWICE WHAT THE CAR IS WORTH AND YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!
RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! AND TO THOSE WHO HAVE FALLEN FOR THEIR SCHEME, I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!!
