Complaint Review: I Am A Mother To An Angel

 I've had it with Kerin Lee, owner of the "organization" I am a mother to an angel!! Buyers, beware!! First & foremost, she claims her jewelry is handmade & hand stamped, personally by her. This is a complete & total lie! The jewelry can be found on several other websites, and look exactly like the jewelry Kerin sells. Secondly, she charges up to $10.00 to ship a necklace or bracelet. In what world does it cost ten bucks to mail a necklace?! Thirdly, she puts outrageous wait times on the items, 4-12 weeks? What is that?! I've heard 2-4, 4-6, 6-8, but never 4-12!! The refund period is only 45 days. She makes the wait period so long so that people can't ask for a refund after eight months pass & they still haven't received their package! After eight months, and you Email her to see what's going on, she immediately sends back hateful emails & then bans you from the fan page. She deletes any post on the wall of the Facebook page where you ask about your package. She don't want her followers to know she's scamming people. After only one Email, she accuses you of "harassing" her when you just ask a simple question. She gladly shares her nasty opinion with you, quick to self praise about how she's doing this out of the kindness of her heart. But the moment you share your own opinion, it's harassment! News Flash: everyone is entitled to an opinion! An opinion is not harassment! She never tries to resolve the issue, instead she bans you and pretends she hasn't screwed you over!! Why does it take so long to ship a package that the buyer has already paid the postage & shipping costs for it?!? That's just not good business! And someone who acts like her & treats people the way she does, should not be running a business that helps bereaved mothers!! If you're going to run this type of business, you should be endowed with compassion & understanding. She's very rude and unworthy of helping these wonderful women. She needs to be stopped before ripping off anyone else! We angel parents already have enough stress & heartache without adding to it. Kerin is supposed to be helping us, not hurting us! Her page is not a support page, in any way!! All she does is post statuses trying to sell poorly crafted, fake, overpriced jewelry to bereaved mothers. Preying on us in our weakest moment!
