I am begining to believe to work at MCi Worldcom Wireless that people have to be completely brain dead or they can't get a job.

I had a one year contract with Worldcom Wireless which was up on March 20, 2001. I couldn't call or receive calls on the phone that they gave me unless I got in my automobile and drove about three miles from my house. I wrote a letter explaining that I wanted to cancel my contract when it ran out on March 20, 2001 and mailed it in with my monthly payment on July 9, 2000. February 1, 2001 I pulled the battery out of the phone and put it back in the box it came in. I did not get another bill after I paid the one for March 20, 2001 so I figured they had canceled my contract. I got a letter from Thomas Barton, Vice President, Customer Service, Worldcom Wireless, P.O. Box 1178, Nederland, TX. 77627. I wrote him a letter explaining that I had already written a letter to cancel my contract as of March 20, 2001. On October 18, 2001 I got a Delinquuent Service Suspension Notice from Worldcom Wireless, Account Services Department, P.O. Box 20584 Lehigh Valley, PA. 18002-0584. I sat down and wrote them a letter explaining that I had already written a letter to cancel my contract as of March 20, 2001. I got a bill from Worldcom Wireless, P.O. Box 5211 New York, NY for $133.62 that was from June 21, 2001 thru July 20, 2001 with a previous balance of $160.00. I got a letter November 3, 2001 from Worldcom Wireless, Lehigh Valley,PA. that my Service Has Been Deactivated. Every month I have been getting a bill from New York, NY and a letter from Lehigh Vally, PA. that my account has been deactivated. I got a letter on December 3, 2001 from Vanessa Raso, Vice President, Customer Service, Worldcom Wireless, P.O. Box 1178, Nederland, TX. 77627. I sat down and wrote a letter explaining that I had already written a letter to cancel my account as of March 20, 2001. Each month I get another bill from New York and a letter from Lehigh Valley, PA. I think everybody that works at Worldcom wireless is illiterate or completely brain dead. I have never been able to reach anybody at Worldcom Wireless by phone and that is the reason I have been writing letters to them. They keep you on hold for 30 mins to one hour and let you listen to a dumb recording. It is very hard for me to think that this so called company is even in business.
