Complaint Review: I Can Handyman

I was contracted by SMS Facility Services of Lynnwood Washington to travel 30 miles to install a first aid kit at the Home Services Bank located in Moscow Idaho. SMS also required I purchase the first aid kit with my own money. I searched for several hours to find a first aid kit that was suitable for a business. I was required to complete the task within two business days so I didn't have time to order one online. I made the service call staying in contact with the staff of SMS throughout the entire time. When I arrived at the HSB location I called in to report I had arrived as is required by SMS. When I went inside to complete the task I was told it had already been completed. I informed SMS of thier mistake and said I expected full payment for my effort. SMS states it has a 30 to 45 day invoice payment turn around. I have had to wait almost 4 months to get paid for work done on SMS's behalf in the past. I waited almost 3 months for this payment only to discover SMS decided to only partially pay the agreed on work order cost. They never spoke with me about taking a partial payment but instaed just decided to cheat me out of my money. I suggest that any other companies avoid doing any work for SMS Facility Services of Lynnwood Washington.
