Complaint Review: i_cell_you

On September 19, I bought a iphone Screen replacment from these guys and they did not even ship it until I email them asking. After getting it I found out it was defective.  I ask for a replacment and they expected me to pay for return shipping in a very rude manner like it was my fault.  After that they quote ebay policy to me.  Guy was very rude.  after I told them I was very unhappy with how they are treating me for wanting to get what I paid for they threaten to report me to ebay and paypal to have my account locked.  I have the right to my opinion.  Now they told me I have to pay for my return.  under ebay policy the seller has to pay for return of defective product.  beware never do business with these guys.  they will scam you and all of the review and feed back are fake.  why is ebay leting these jokers get always with these stuff.  I need to rethink doing business with ebay completely.  Ebay need to do a better job of vetting there sellers.  ebay has never been friendly to buyers.  alwasy take seller side.
