Complaint Review: I DRIVE SAFELY

I DRIVE SAFELY said that we took third test on March 30 when curtis my son took only two that. they can follow the data and what Curtis did and when he did it. also I didn't pay the 10.00 to take third test. false documentation! Internet Internet

This is what i have written to IDRIVESAFELY

Request to fix this PROBLEM!

I wish to speck to the highest person other than Shakeyla in customer service. Please take a look at Curtis Walk DOB 4-16-97. Your system says Curtis took the test three times on March 30 but he only took it twice on that day. Yesterday, he said he was ready. we logged in and took the free 40 questions and took the $14.95 100 questions which is a JOKE because it is the free 40 questions repeated twice. I think this is false advisement to sale questions that you already give free. Theft comes more to my mind! Then Curtis took the test. He saw Congratulations you passed your exam. I call to get the 2 day deliver whenI found out that this test didn't count and Curtis would have to take his next test at the DHSMV. I very dispointed in the way you do business and the way your customer service handle this problem.Clearly there was a problem on March 30 with your system because I never paid for test number 3! Where is the $10.00 charge for the retake of test number 3?


hopefully this will go to someone higher up in I DRIVE SAFELY than just customer service and fix this problem that is caused by your company. So far the answer I have received is that my son has to take the test again at DHSMV. This is very unfair to us as your customer and I will for the rest of my life make a point wherever I can, let people know what kind of business you are running and how you dealt with this problem. These days the internet has a way of getting the word out. YOUR BUSINESS IS A JOKE!! If you have any real power,please look at the data in Curtis' file. It doesn't add up!! You should fix this problem with us because it very unjust way of doing business!!!
