Complaint Review: CP Direct

I FINALLY got thru to CP Direct....we'll see if cancelled

Hello Everyone,

After keeping a phone on re-dial LITERALLY ALL DAY...I was able to contact CP Direct's "Customer Service Line" It seems they only answer the phone during about the last 20 minutes they work. So from about 4:40 MST try them....You will still be on hold and get to listen to classical music...but about 4:52 MST a REAL LIVE girl will answer the phone. I told them I wanted to cancel. They took my name, and read all my sign up& billing info back to me, to confirm, and said I was cancelled, and would not receive any more shipments..........we'll see.

If I do, I'm simply going to cancel that VISA.
