I got a package from 114 Melrich Rd Ste, Cranbury Nj 08512 No name was on the package except mine. I ordered a folding lawn chair with attached umbrella Cranbury NJ

I ordered a folding lawn chair with attached umbrella and I received a piece of material made from the same material as the chair but have no ideal what it is that they sent me

 It's hard to explain but it looks like a holding pouch where a folding lawn chair would go, but not as big enough for a chair to fit.....
