I placed a order 7/2/15 a gril for my van. I did not receive a refernce numberr to confirm the order, so I called and called finally when I gave when I was not able to get through. The following day I went online and used chat. I was speeling to Johnny. He gave me the run around for awhile but finally he called me and explained to me that my order was on hold they needed to verify my zip code. But he asured me my order would ship out Friday Monday at teh latest. On Monday I went on chat again talking to Johnny and asked for my tracking number he asurred me that my order was at UPS and I would have my tracking number by Tuesday. Tuesday I sent a chat again greeted by Johnny I was told that my tracking number was on the way. Humm I think Johnny is the only person on the chat line because on Wednesday when I sent my chat I was again greated by Johnny, who told me he found the problem! Fedex has lost my package, but remmeber Monday he told me UPS had it. He applogised and said it was now being shipped via UPS (again) and gave me a tracking number. I instamtly checked the number UPS.com and explained to him that number was not a calid tracking number.
He then changed the story. He said his boss just walked up and explained to him my order is now on the way via 2 day shipping with the postal service and again gave me a tacking number. He posimed my item to me by friday. I checked the tracking number and it was not vaild. I advised him the number was not working he said thats because they had just mailed it. I checked on Thursday and usps.com says they were advised that they would be getting my item but nothing was shipped. Firday I tried to chat but now no one is answering. Instead they are asking me to open a ticket. My item stilll has not arived. I'm so glad I have Capital One they promotly dispute the item and refunded my money...
