Complaint Review: I LOVE JEWELRY AUCTIONS

I LOVE JEWELRY AUCTIONS i placed an order on July 31, 2017. Only 1 item in the order was to be monogrammed. The website/facebook states to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of monogrammed items. It has been 60 days and i have yet to receive any of the items ordered. I have emailed with no response. I have sent messages on Facebook with no response. Now I have tried calling only to get a recording they are not taking calls at this time and a hang up. Internet

I placed an order with I Love Jewelry Auctions online on July 31, 2017.  I orderred 3 items - only one was to be monogrammed.   It said for items monogrammed allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.   It has been 2 months (60 days) and i have yet to receive any of the items ordered.   They had no problem taking the money from my credit card used for payment immediately.   I notified them by email 4 weeks after order was placed, I have also messaged them on Facebook 3 times since the 3 week time period and I have tried calling only to get a recorded message that they are not taking calls.   I have had no responses from this company explaining why my order has not shipped or what the delay might be.   No one will return emails, phone calls or messages on facebook.  

 

This company is no doubt a rip off/scam and they should be closed down.   Please advise what other steps I need to take to get this company to reimburse the amount I paid for items ordered.
