 I saw a Facebook ad one day about a sale price for a monthly subscription box for momogrammed assortment. Once a month I was to get a monogrammed item from jewelry, to accessories, to shirts, etc. Every month was to be a different item. Well, that is not the case. The first month I received a gray sweatshirt and then the next month I revived an accessory. Then the next month, I received a red shirt. I got nothing in the month of December 2016 or January 2017. I then got another shirt in February and March. I contacted the company in March trying to figure out why all I was getting was shirts. If that's all I was getting, I wanted to cancel my subscription and I also wanted to get my two months that I was charged and received nothing for it. I never got a response for that original email. A couple weeks later, towards the end of March, I sent another. It is now late April and I finally got a response. To make a long story short, she will not refund my money for those two months that I received nothing. Nor will she refund me for the April charge even though I tried contacting them before that item was charged. I'm still sitting here with no item for April either. She refused to give me a refund due to the fact that they are personalized items. That's ridiculous! I NEVER received them. I also have not received this months item yet. Poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this store at all!
