I, stupidly, fell for this companies "trial" of their product, which was supposed to be FREE, plus S&H. When I spoke with the person on the phone, she asked me if I wanted to have auto-shipping, and I answered absolutely not. Now I find I've been billed close to $200, via credit card, for auto-shipping, for a product I did NOT request, nor receive! I got one small box yesterday, and I was told today I could send that back, be refunded, minus $20 S%H, but all other charges will stand.
