I/O Magic won't stand behind their warrenty Ripoff Irvine California
I purchased a dvd burner from one of their approved merchants (compuse) for 105 dollars. It had a one year warrenty supposably and stopped working after 4 months.
I registered the product and e-mailed their tec support dept. with the problem. They said it was clearly defective and to fax or mail a copy of the reciet and e-mail to recieve a rma number for warrenty repair. I mailed the information twice and faxed it once but never recieved a rma number. I've been going around with them for over a month and the only responce I get is to mail or fax the information which I have already done. It's obviously a game to them hoping I'll grow tired of it and give up. Sincerly Neil
