Complaint Review: I Q Derma Intelligent Beauty

I signed up for a $3.99 trial offer. Then was charged $95.70 the following month in addition to the $3.99 charged when the order was shipped. Then I received another unauthorized shipment in Oct. and was again charged $95.70. I did receive a RMA number from them and returned it the next day. I am still waiting a credit to my charge account for the $95.70 for that shipment.

I have talked to my charge account company, and have emailed them. My charge account company is ready to remove the first charge, and am still waiting for a credit from the company for the second charge, but what a rip off. They advertise a trial offer for $3.99 and end up charging $99.69 for a few creams.

Thanks for listening. I just want to warn any other unsuspecting prospective customers for IQ derma about what they are doing.
