DODGED A BULLET I basically want to thank Ripoff Report. I received the Help Card in the mail. They got my information from a furniture store for which I applied for credit. When I received a card from HPC, I was confused. I rushed to registered the card but did not have an access code. I had to call the following day. The lady gave me the code and explained that I will receive another access code via email. I said ok, then she just hung up without saying anything else like JUST WRITING A THANK YOU
