I Rock Bags Recieved defective item, no response from company in 7 days Sunrise Florida
On August 19th 2015 I ordered two items from irockbags.com. Prior to ordering these items I contacted the owner asking if the items were as pictured and was told yes. Once my items were delivered both of the items I ordered were not as pictured and defective.
Almost one week ago from today, I sent in a request to have the items returned and never received a response back. Within the last couple of days, I've sent a total of 3 requests and still have not heard from the company.
