Complaint Review: I Sold It On Ebay Washington

I used the I sold it on Ebay in Seattle to sell my entire collection of Department 56 houses that I had been collecting for years, but we were downsizing into a condo and I didn't want the hassle of selling them myself. They listed my items, and after the 60 day window they want you to wait for items to sell, started e-mailing and calling to find out when I might receive a check. No replies, and eventually the phone was disconnected, the e-mail and website shut down. I contacted their corporate office to no avail. I am out over $2000 in merchandise. I am checking with Ebay to see if they even really sold the items before I take them to small claims court. What a pain!
