I found a website called www.i-store.co.nz through a google search, they were top of the page, when I googled ghd nz. They have a website with many normally expensive items for around 30% off. I was a little weary, so emailed a few questions to them regarding the GHD's they were selling. They replied with the right info, supplier being jemella, comes with hologram and serial number etc to register the product to get the warranty, so sounded fantastic, I sold a bunch of possesions, so I could afford to buy a GHD pure off them. 7 days later it arrived. Now this was a nz based website, and postal options were nz post, so one would assume it would be coming from nz, but no, it arrived and was from china! the declaration on the box was that shoes were inside. The ghd is very very low quality, spelling errors on the ghd itself instead of model number, it has mobde number. The serial number is unable to be registered on GHD website, which means it is fake. The cdrom it came with is covered in scratches. It came with a extra booklet that does not come with the ghd if brought from a authorized ghd stockist. I have tried emailing them, and wow, they won't reply. They have no other contact info on their site but a gmail based email address. They had terms & conditions on their site, which have now been removed. I am trying to see if there is anyway I can get my mony back, but I am not feeling very hopefull about it. Any advice greatly appreciated. If I can stop others falling victim fantastic. if I can get the website shut down even better.

i-store.com selling these sites to others who never get their money

I have seen other complaints about people buying i-store websites, supposedly making plenty of money, but never recieving it. Obviously the i-store.co.nz is up and running, so maybe a innocent person has brought that, but they are sending out fakes, so someone is making money, when I first found the side, the ghd wanted had 180 left in stock, now down to 40, I paid $217 for mine, times that by 189 thats 41000, just for one product, they have many.
