I too was ripped off by Liberty Benefits!!!
I also recieved a little yellow card in the mail and my account was debited on Aug. 30 2001. I called several times and was told several excuses, then was told my package was sent out on December 5 2001 I have still not recieved a thing. Could someone please help me??????
