I had several charges on our card from I tunes and it was several months worth of charges. When I receive the banking app I then started to see the charges and contact them ASAP at that time I had bank employees calling me pretending to be corporate managers and wasn’t due to the fact that I would not stop demanding a excuse for this.

Then after the suspended my debit card privileges until the investigation was over which is not something that’s stated in the packages when I opened the account . Totally a disrespectful bunch of asses that wants to control your money and rip you of . Now they are saying they have up to 90 days to return any money that was take.

You may need to close the account and/or get a new account. If you don't want to do that, you need to remove your debit card info which attached to your Apple ID. If you don't, you could easily be charged again in the future for some other reasons.

PS: You were charged for many months. That meant you subscribed to some services there. You need to be more careful next time when you deal with iTune.
